I don't know what I want for Christmas...
I'll admit it, I'm a big fan of Mariah Carey's Crimbo song. You can put it on anytime in December and my tolerance level has not limits. Anyway, getting onto the matter of Crimbo gifts, like I said before I'm a bit of a Christmas Nazi... I could receive a tangerine for X'Mas and it wouldn't matter as long as the gifts I gave were up to scratch. So every year I face a post-Christmas severe broke period (no sales shopping for me...) but it's all usually worth it...
Anyway, some of you might know that I have three younger sisters, making less of a headache to buy pressies than say for the dad... and this year, I went on a bit of a necklace rampage for them...
A Pyrus doll necklace for Yonnica who also incidentally turned 18 two days ago...
A Vivienne Westwood necklace for Little Lou...(actually she's not that little...23 and taller than me too...). It was sad to shop at the soon to close Shop at Maison Bertaux but the bargain Sonia Rykiel and Westwood jewellery was too good to pass up...
A Judy Blame pink safety pin necklace that I got at a last minute sample sale where Blame himself was there...
Of course I didn't get a tangerine this year and the necklace theme continued onto one of my gifts from the boyf...
"With zis Michelle Jank necklace, you are really spoiling me..." I do love Ferrero Rocher but I think at the mo, I love the necklace more...
Hope everyone has stuffed their bellies good and gotten jolly gifts over the past few days...

I only have one sister, and she isn't even interested in fashion, but I truly believe that the more, the merrier!

Happy Boxing Day! I love all the necklaces! My sister is the easiest person to shop for - mostly because we're twins and like the same things. I bought her a lovely silk screened sweatshirt from etsy.
Have a happy new year!

Hehe...either some of you are getting confused between me and my sisters or perhaps Chinese girls all do sort of look similar...
The first picture is of my younger sister Yonni and the next three pics in the Judy Blame necklace and VW necklace are of my sister Louisa...

Look at you, you gorgeous girl.
If one more evil commenter dares to say that you are anything but, I will kick their ass. Not even going into the whole 'you're not fat' thing, because that's pretty self explanatory.
And wow, look at your sisters :) Hope you've all had a fantastic christmas this year.

Posted by: chelsea | 26 December 2008 at 23:37
Fantastic gifts!

Necklaces do seem to be a great christmas gift, no worries about fit or the like, just colour and style, the best parts. My sis is quite a tomboy so no fashion shopping for her so I got her a painting that I hope will remind her of Denmark, where she's spent the last year and where her BF is waiting to join her here in Canada next month. Thanks for sharing your gift shopping with us, I always like to see what other people give/get for Christmas!

your sisters are gorgeous too!!! guess it runs in the family, eh?:)

really cute necklaces
Posted by: iamhotsowhat | 27 December 2008 at 04:33
Your necklace is AMAZING! I'd probably wet myself if I got any of those as gifts, these necklaces are all choice!
True about the giving part, I feel much more satsified and happier overall if I know I've given good gifts. This year, for instance, I didn't get too creative so it wasn't the most exciting Christmas... oh well, there's always next year!
