Stephie

I love that, illustrations hold a special place in my heart and illustrations of 'It' shoes?! Gimme Gimme! Just one pair will make me a very happy girl indeed... (:

electra

mmmmmmmmmmm yummy shoes :)

Jael

What a great way to get second and third looks. The shoes are fab, but this is so much better than photos.

Secretista

May be... just may be...

MMMMMMM... no! They may be gorgeous, delicious, and positively glorious, but that broken ankle city for me!!

elizabeth

those shiny shiny gucci shoes give me a heart thump every time (although its really the so-bad-its-good pink ones that i am superlusting for)

Chic and Charming

I love fashion illustration, and these are particularly gorgeous! The red ones worn with leggings in the middle are my favorite.

riz

The white ones are divine!

deexdeexdreamer

is it sad that i can recognise almost each shoe and its designer?

Laia

I think you could really rock those Miu Miu tea-cup heels. I think they're adorable.

sheryl wong

these look fabulous! i could almost like the peeptoe boots shown here.

Drusilla

Enticing, but ONLY if you're somewhere where you spend all your time sitting down. But they'd be perfect to just put in a glass box (or maybe a pretty, open-faced cake box), peg up on a wall, and admire.

Cate

gorGEOUSSSS!!! i couldn't walk in spindly heels either but after hard months of training...

Jeanne

Oh, beautiful! I know what you mean about them being more enticing in illustration form: the tea cup shoes look incredible! I've been tempted, but the illustration just makes me want them more. I'd be perfectly happy with the watercolor on my wall, though!

Prêt-à-Porter P

ou i really love these illustrations!

Poochie

I got the red tea cups but I'm tempted by the pink versions too (they have different straps so that's enough of a justification to get them both, right?).

The illustrations of those and the prada spats make me want them more!

Ugh!

WendyB

Lovely.

lady coveted

those are indeed delightful... but i must say walking in them is one challenge, but keeping the heel caps in tact is a far more difficult challenge...

up and down town

now hobbled, i am over heels, consuming and wearing, but never over admiring them.
drawings are the most harmless version of all - there are no victims.

Sabrina

Ahh lovely lovely shoes! I don't know where to begin! They certainly make my measly collection look even more measly. I only have boots and I am really lacking any spring shoes at the moment.

Natty

Im loving the bright yellow shoes. I am having the same problem - I cant walk in high heels at all but cant stop buying them!!

Shen-Shen

I love spindly shoes!

Or just shoes in general. Ahh!

enc

I love these drawings.

Imelda Matt

beautiful...thanks for sharing.

Kori

I can't even walk in tall thick heels, let alone tall spindly ones, but sighhhh...so gorgeous...

Lola

Which designer makes the purple cutout shoes (top left corner worn with the red tights)???

Archive Notes

  • As I post so frequently, the archive is organised by week but this blog has been up and running since March 2006 so if you want to read from the ye olde beginning, just keep going back through the weeks or alternatively, go through the archives via Category.

  • It's back to ol' YouTube vids then... I actually prefer the Rusty Egan remix of this track to the original but this will do... the video is a lot of fun...
