Azumi Art A'N'D David Design
I think I may have found my fail-safe label for monthly pick me ups or gifts for practically all my friends. A'N'D is designed by Azumi and David who met at Central St. Martins back in 1995. They have done performance art together and collaborated on art books. A'N'D is at first glance simplistic but each object or as they call them 'things to wear' has its own little concept. Yet A'N'D objects never crosse that over-conceptualised-hard-to-get line and are still covetable in their own right. I especially want to wear that stick tape 'jewellery'.

The price range really depends on what you're buying. The bags are about 400 USD as some are available from Creatures of Comfort online:

The jewellery is probably about 25-50 USD.

Amazing! I love fashion with a sense of humour.. Finally a bag that solves the dirty bottom problem all on its own - inventive! I particularly love that surreal melting necklace ... Wish I was in london...
